✓ Travelers are advised to use the EnterCroatia online form prior to travelling to Croatia to ease border crossing upon entry. Access it here.
✓ Persons from green rated countries are exempt from providing a negative PCR test and to self-isolate.
✓ A negative viral test result from yellow or red rated countries: PCR test result must not be older than 72 hours or rapid antigen test must not be older than 48 hours (counting from the time of taking the test to arriving at the border crossing point).
✓ Testing can also be done upon entering Croatia. Persons should stay in self-isolation until they receive their negative results. In case of an antigen test and a stay of more than 10 days in the Republic of Croatia, the test must be repeated within ten days from the date of the previous test.
✓ A certificate of COVID-19 vaccination (any vaccine) for persons whose final dose is received more than 14 days prior to crossing the border.
✓ Children under the age of 12 whose parents have a negative PCR or antigen test are exempt of providing a negative test result and to self-isolate.
✓ If a person has recovered COVID-19 in the past 180 days and has a medical certificate or a positive PCR or rapid antigen test (RAT) and has been vaccinated with at least one dose of vaccine after recovery, the exemption from presenting a negative PCR or rapid antigen test - RAT* or self-isolation is extended until six (6) months after vaccination.
✓ Persons must present certificate of first dose of Pfizer, Moderna or Gamaleya vaccine in order to enter Croatia in the period of 22 to 42 days from receiving the vaccine, or 22 to 84 days from receiving the first dose of the AstraZeneca.
✓ Presentation of a positive PCR or rapid antigen test confirming recovery from the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, which was performed in the previous 180 days, and older than 11 days from the date of arrival at the border crossing point or upon presentation of a certificate of recovery.
