Every year for all new employees, the company conducts: welcome training and familiarization with the organization, orientation training for management positions, on-job training for all workplaces in the system and unique education programs - training for a higher level position.

Our employees continuously attend various professional and specialist programs and are regular participants in conferences, seminars, workshops and professional gatherings in the region and around the world.

In addition to the above, we exercise other forms and ways of acquiring new knowledge, such as working with renowned experts and consultants, study trips and trainings in Croatia and abroad, participation in strategic tourism development projects within the destination and changes in jobs.
