    In SHH we believe that attitude counts as much as skill. Therefore, we are looking for two equally important qualities in assessing your suitability for employment.     There are two ways to submit your resume/CV – through our Europass CV format by filling in the information required or by sending us your own document (CV) by e-mail at
    We highly recommend that you use Europass CV format, including photo, as your default CV form to improve the structure of important data and increase your chances in the selection process.

  • 5. Is there a possibility for a direct contact with your HR team?

    If our HR department is out of reach for you to stop by, expect our arrival in your town. We have the practice of open door days in most of the major cities in Croatia at the beginning of every year. The schedule will be posted here.

  • 6. Are you looking for seasonal or full-time workers?

    In one word – both. Although there are far more opportunities in the high season for seasonal employment, there is always need for qualified, skilled and motivated experts to join our SHH team for all year long.   • 7. Is there a specific period when you have regrutation for seasonal workers?

    You can apply at any time through our CV form or via, but we prefer to hear from you right on time, during our regrutation period from December to April every year.

  • 8. Are accomodation and meals ensured for every employee?

    Every seasonal employee is provided with an accomodation and three meals a day during their employment. Full-time employees have the right to one meal a day.

  • 9. How much can I earn?

    Salaries at Suncani Hvar Hotels are extremely competitive in the context of the Croatian hospitality industry. Even more, all sales personnel are in a position to earn bonuses.

  • 10. What kind of educational programs do you offer?

    At Suncani Hvar Hotels there are different training & development programs: orientation and induction for welcoming new staff into their role within the organization, on-the-job training for new employees get to know the rules and the procedures and off-the-job training including workshops to improve soft and specific skills.

  • 11. Is it possible for a longtime seasonal employee to become a full-time employee?

    Yes, it is possible. Returning seasonal workers have the advantage if new openings, suiting their qualifications, for the full-time employment occur.
