10 Ultimate tips for a night to remember in Hvar
It was really interesting to see how Jacqueline M. Wood experienced Hvar and how much fun she had on our island last summer. She was staying in our hotel Riva and relaxing at Sensori Spa at hotel Adriana, while filming her new show “Party on!” that is currently airing on E! channel. This inspired us to make a list of ultimate 10 tips for a best night out on Hvar (or in your life!) ever.
1.) Wake up before 10 am. Ok, you are on vacation so feel free to sleep in. But don’t miss coffee time on Pjaca. Mix with locals, take a walk to Farmers Market and grab fresh, organic, local fruits that will keep you energized for all the fun you will have on beach.
2.) Chose a beach of the day. Either it is Palmizana,Laganini, Hula Hula, or your own, private pontoon at Luxury beach club Bonj, you won’t be able to resist that clear, refreshing water.
3.) Stay active. In Hvar dancing never ends. But if you like adventure, go for a kayak ride, cliff jumping, rock climbing, diving…anything related to water if it is mid-summer, because temperature skyrockets.
4.) Eat your organic fruits.
5.) Have some local beer. Ožujsko, Karlovačko or maybe Velebitsko? If you can find it. This year World Cup will play major roll in every day life of local people, so make sure you watch at least one game in Sports Bar Delfin with locals. That will be experience to remember! Just don’t forget to cheer for Croatia.
6.) Go for dinner. Keep it light, local and style it up with delicious island vines. San Marco Terrace would be my restaurant of choice. Perfect mix of ambiance, quality food, service and prices served at best location in town.
7.) Warm up party. Kiva, Aloha or Nautica. Those bars are on few meters of each other, and you can not miss all the crowd. Just make sure to arrive before midnight, because sometimes it gets too crowded and since it is your warm up party you want to get some drinks easily.
8.) Let’s dance and meet all this beautiful people! Now you are ready for BB Club. It’s all about dancing, mingling and meeting all this beautiful, extraordinary people. And keep in mind that you are dancing on the same terrace our great grandfathers did. Although their choice of music was quite different and the girls had to be home before sunset.
9.) When clock hits 2 am it is time to hit Carpe Diem Beach or Pink Champagne. Don’t forget to drink some water.
10.) Enjoy the sunrise! Preferably in hug of a very special person you’ve met on the dance floor and with big smile on your face- because you just had the best night of your life.
