The prestigious wine event with outstanding musical performance - Wine Island, will be introduced for the first time on July 24th on the picturesque island of Hvar and its tiny neighbor, the first Pakleni of the Paklinski islands – Galešnik.

Galesnik will be the exclusive pioneer in hosting a new and modern concept created by wine experts, wine lovers, culinary and oenological enthusiasts and top musicians.

The event will host a total of 30 selected Croatian and Slovenian winemakers. The purpose of this event is to establish a foundation for developing the wine culture, Croatian - Slovenian friendship and convergence of selected top quality wines to urban audiences.

In addition to wine tasting, the event will put an emphasis on top musicians who will take care of a spectacular Jam Sassion. In the evening, as a repercussion of the wine evenings, the performance of Matija Dedic (son of the legendary singer Arsen Dedic) and Lovro Ravbarji (saxophonist and member of the popular Slovenian band LeeLooJamais) accompanied by Paris meets Dubai.

After Ljubljana, Belgrade and Zagreb the Association Presežek presents a Wine Jam festival in a new, dynamic concept called Wine Island. After the biggest ever wine festival in Križanke held on 9th May 2014 in Ljubljana, this wine event, which got even an island, will be the grandest and most prestigious to date, where the whole story moves to the sea with a beautiful view of the Adriatic.

The urban wine culture festival, which combines wine and music, will be held on the 24th of July on the first Paklinski island - Galešnik facing the beautiful historic town of Hvar.

Your taste buds will be awaken by the exquisite culinary performances of Mario Bobanović (Hotel Adriana, Sunčani Hvar) and Janez Bratovž (restaurant JB).
