Peskafondo 2014 Gariful Hvar is a sport and gastronomic hands-on event where you can catch squids with bare hands, see the course of squids drying and most importantly taste delicious squid dishes. It is an event enjoyed by both local residents and tourists, being held in October every year. The festival, already an icon of the island of Hvar is organized by Gariful Restaurant with the support of the city of Hvar and Croatian interest groups caterers. The anticipated duration of the event is of two days during which the best Croatian fishermen, chefs, cooks amateurs and caterers will be showcasing.
