Amfora, hvar grand beach resort

"Awesome pool, beautiful hotel "
"Ok, this place is awesome. The pool is amazing, but make sure you get down there early to reserve a chair. People from outside the hotel were sneaking it and taking all the chairs, we even saw a few get kicked out. But really why would you do that when the ocean is right there! The beach just infront of the hotel is great for swimming too!
Great location too, a 10 min. walk to town."

"Great Resort Hotel - I think the only one in the area. The rooms were a little small but very clean, trendy. We got a great 3 for 2 night deal and were able to upgrade to a suite, which I highly recommend. they provided us with free champagne when realizing it was our honeymoon. the staff couldnt get out of their ways to help us enough. Great pool and poolside bars, erc."

"Huge but freindly hotel with fab views "
"Enormous hotel which seems to dominate the pretty bay, but once you are inside it seems more intimate. excellent sevice from eveyone and all super friendly. rooms are a bit on the small side with hard beds and pillows also glass doors on the bathrooms-yuk. but excellently clean and well appointed. food was good and great value.all the facillities you would expect of a large 4star hotel are here plus more. pool can get crowded so a 1 minute walk to the bay and £5 will get you a sunbed in peace and quiet in front of the hotel beach bar, of make your way 5 mins round the corner to the lovely tiki bar. hvar town is a 5 min pine scented walk."

"The best place on earth! "
"We've just arrived from Amfora. We stayed 10 days in this beautiful hotel, we made 3000 photos with every single rock from hvar :)) The croatians are adorable, and Amfora is from far the best Resort from Hvar. In the night, the pool area is fantastic, Mate, the barman from the pool bar had became our friend during the stay, I've never felt so spoilt in my life.
Next year is Amfora again! We just love it! so.... maybe ....I'll see you there!

Adriana, hvar spa hotel

"Fabulous hotel in Fabulous Location "
 "We just spent 3 nights at the Adriana - had intended on staying 2 nights but upon arrival and seeing the room and the beautiful Hvar Harbour - we extended it another night. The location couldn't be better - it's right in the centre of the town. The room had 2 large opening windows onto the sea and walkway. The staff spoke excellent English and they couldn't do enough to help us in every way. The Spa services were very good - I had a facial, pedicure and massage...."

 "The Adriana was simply the best! Best staff, location, beautiful facilities, private beach area. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Everything was first-class! We chose a upgraded room with view of the harbor -- the room was on the small size, but the view was magnificent!..."

 "We stayed early June and had no problems with Disco etc. Hvar was calm and beautiful and the hotel met our high expectations in every area... except the restaurant which was comparatively a little average. Hvar is perfect for a chilled break and I would not hesitate to recommend the Adriana..."

Magical Hvar & Adriana a real GEM! 
 "Adriana was a great boutique hotel located right in the harbour of Hvar! Staff was just great, real genuine care! Hotel is contemporary but not over the top with main colours of lavender and white. Lavender because I guess the main crop of the island is lavender. Must be amazing in July to see. We stayed in a spa suite which was a nice two room suite approx 42 sqm. With the suite we git access to Bonj private beach club which is something like you see in the south of france but even better. The nice thing about Hvar, no ques, no pretencious people, and just a real authentic experience...the Med as it once was!! other hint is to visit the TOP BAR at the top of the hotel. Great place for drink or light lunch. Hotel has amazing pool on the roof with a beautiful sun deck area over the harbour. super stay, great service, and very nice visit again!!!..."

"When we checked in, the staff were so welcoming and warm! They even took the initiative to bump us up to a nicer suite since I mentioned when booking that we were on our honeymoon. They also surprised us with a bottle of champaign with dried fruits and nuts in our room. The hotel was very clean and very cool! Very modern design and comfortable. We stayed in the room with Audrey Hepburn room with a view of the boardwalk and bay. It was so beautiful and romantic! There attention to detail made all the difference in the world, and we will definitely be staying there again!!..."

"Sexy hotel"
"This place is definitely meant for lovers with the nude murals in the hallways, the tight quarters, and the lack of privacy in the bathroom. Hotel Riva is wonderful for couples.
The location was perfect with easy access to the ferry, Carpe Diem, and restaurants. Despite all of the partying happening outside, I never heard a peep from my room (balcony room facing the water). The free breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the outdoor seating areas were comfortable and chic. The front desk and concierge provided excellent service.
Because Riva is a part of the Suncani hotel group, you have 20% off food at all of those hotels (seven) and access to amenities.

"The absolute best hotel in hvar & excellent value"
"We absolutely adored our stay at riva. Everything about the riva was perfect. it is located directly across from the ferry so it is an easy walk with your bags. Riva just oozes charm, sophistication & coolness. As a guest of the riva you are entitled to use the pool chairs overlooking the sea at the sister hotel Amphora. Our room was fantastic - so cool and modern. Not overly spacious but we loved it never the less. The bathroom was quite open but as I was traveling with my partner it didnt bother us at all. The bathrooms were kitted out with fantastic lavendar products locally sourced. We loved sitting at the cafe at the front of the hotel - lounging about in the sofa style chairs and it was a great place to start the night with a drink..."
