Hvar is home to some of the most unique and beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. And with so many to choose from you can experience something different everyday. While these are some of the most well-known and easily accessible, keep in mind that Hvar's coastline is inundated with secluded coves and hidden bays just waiting to be discovered!
Amfora beach – located just a five minute stroll along the boardwalk at the amazing new hotel Amfora, this is the town's largest and most popular. Amenities at Amfora include the chic Maestral, yacht deck restaurant and the always lively Splash, beach bar and terraces. Facilities include showers as well as paddleboat, catamaran, kayak, sunbed and sunshade rentals.
Camp Vira beach – located in Camp Vira, hvar natural best, just 4 km northwest from the city of Hvar, this pebble beach has been deemed but some locals to be Hvar's finest. Amenities include the ultra-relaxed new Aloe Vera bar and grill, children's playground, shops and showers. Rentals include sunbeds, sunshades, boats, paddleboats, catamarans, kayaks and a variety of beach toys.
Sirena beach – located at hotel Sirena, only 2 km from the town of Hvar, this beach is nestled in a tranquil cove, lined with fragrant pines on its southern shore. Facilities include the tasty Terrace Bay bar and grill as well as sunbed and water toy rentals.
Palmizana – located on the Paklinski islands just across the bay, this beach is rich in flora and features a beautiful swimming area.
Soline – located on the Paklinski islands just across the bay, this pebble beach is naturally protected from the wind.
Milna beach – located in village Milna, this picturesque beach is recognized as being very children friendly.
Zarace beach – located in village Zarace, this beautiful beach provides natural protection from both the wind and waves.
Dubovica – located 8 km east of the town of Hvar this beach is naturally protected from wind.
