FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGERS ( m/f )

Scope of job: F&B Manager reports to Corporate F&B Director and his/her main responsibility will be leading the F&B outlets (a la carte restaurants, pools, nightclubs, bars and beach clubs) in the resort. F&B Manager has to be focused on service quality, food and beverage revenue increase and optimization of the costs. F&B outlet management includes staff management, money management, reporting, achieving sales goals, inter-office communications, and upholding company policies and procedures at all times. F&B manager will delegate authority and assign responsibilities to F&B team and will assist in training and evaluating personnel. F&B manager is also expected to develop and motivate team to attain proper standards of performance.

Basic requirements for the job:

• High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience working in a high volume restaurant/nightclub

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in hotel / restaurant / nightclub / fine dining / bar management

• Minimum 2 years of F&B management experience in top facilities

• Strong understanding and knowledge of  F&B procedures and operations

• Knowledge of the European Luxury market world

• C1 level of spoken and written English

•  

Excellent organizational skills

• Creative but results oriented person

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Strong leadership in order to be able to lead and inspire the entire F&B  team

• IT skilled

CHÉFS ( m/f )

Scope of job: Main responsibility will be leading the kitchen team in one of our properties. Candidate will be focused on service quality, food revenue increase and optimization of the costs as well as on the implementation of the new food trends. He/she has to have the ability to embrace the new working environment, to coach and to work with the enthusiastic young kitchen team.

Basic requirements for the job:

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in 4/5-star properties

• At least some previous experience with the international cuisine is a must

• C1 level of both spoken and written English

• Strong understanding and knowledge of kitchen management, procedures and operations

• Knowledge of the European Luxury market world

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong leadership skills to be able to lead and inspire the entire team

PASTRY CHÉFS  ( m/f )

Scope of job: Main responsibilities will be leading the kitchen pastry team in one of our properties and implementation of the new trends in dessert making and pastry with the highest level of professionalism and know-how. Candidate has to have the ability to embrace the new working environment, to coach and to work with the enthusiastic young pastry team.

Basic requirements for the job:

• Minimum 3 years of pastry management experience in 4/5-star properties

• B2 level of both spoken and written English

• Knowledge of the European Luxury market world

• Excellent organizational skills

• Creativity to inspire the entire pastry team

PIZZAIOLO ( m/f )

Scope of job: Main responsibilities will be pizza preparation, production and attractive presentation.

Basic requirements for the job:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pizzaiolo position

• Desirable competencies: accuracy, speed, agility, teamwork, reliability, responsibility 

BARTENDERS ( m/f )

Scope of job: Main responsibilities will be to prepare and mix drinks and to stimulate an exciting bar atmosphere. Experience in flair and fire show or the similar skills will be an advantage.

Basic requirements for the job:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the clubbing industry

• Previous experience in 4/ 5-star properties is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of F&B products and services, especially coffee and cocktails production

• C1 level of spoken English

• Flexible, efficient and communicative person with a strong focus on client’s satisfaction 

WAITERS ( m/f )

Scope of job: Main responsibilities will include serving the clients in our fabulous properties in Hvar; selling, upselling and cross selling food & beverage products and services.

Basic requirements for the job:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the restaurant / nightclub / fine dining / bar industry

• Previous experience in 4/5-star properties is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of F&B products and services, especially coffee and cocktails production

• C1 level of spoken English

• Flexible, efficient and communicative person with a strong focus on client’s satisfaction
