'Best of Hvar Club' is the official name of a club founded within procurement department of Sunčani Hvar d.d.. The intention of that Club is to assemble exclusive team of suppliers and producers from island Hvar with purpose of presenting those products through Roots restaurant where we will promote traditional local cuisine and meals in accordance with modern gastronomy trends. The cuisine will be prepared out of the products and ingredients originated from the 'Best of Hvar Club' members..
At the same time we will implement 'Best of Hvar Club' products through the other F&B units.
Sunčani Hvar d.d wants to stimulate economic activities on the island Hvar, build strong relationships with local community and establish Hvar as a unique destination of responsible tourism.
